In this short presentation, David Peralta (Editor-in-Chief of ChemMedChem, Chemistry Europe) will share some editorial insights and personal tips on how to communicate your science effectively. The talk will cover good practices in science communication and storytelling, share some tips on how one can promote one's work, as well as provide some practical tips on how to improve poster and oral presentations, especially given today's "virtual" restrictions.

Friday September 11, 2020, 16:00 -"What if funding wasn't a barrier to innovation?"

Non-dilutive funding is a crucial source of financing for innovative projects in both academic and industrial settings. But how to identify the right opportunity for a project? And what are the key elements of a successful proposal? Virginia Ballotta (Catalyze, Switzerland) will share some suggestions on how to navigate the “jungle” of funding and build a competitive application.
